Tickets are issued on the basis that the Ticket Holder is an Adult of 18+ years.

 

In the event where this may not be evident, we advise any such persons to bring along Photographic ID, as it is against the law for minors to enter this event. In any such circumstances where a Ticket Holder’s age may be subject to speculation and where Photographic ID is not produced, the Organisers and Venue Staff retain the right to refuse entry to this event, and if such an eventuality should occur No Refunds will be issued.

-You must retain this Ticket on your person at all times during the Event. In addition, for the Expo Erotica event, entrance to certain performances may be subject to the purchase of an additional Ticket or ‘top-up’ Ticket, and for those performances only persons holding such a Ticket will be allowed access.

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout this event, which will be used by Expo Erotica for future marketing and publicity on our website and on social media, and may also be used in any third party publication. Please contact the event organiser if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

Please also note that to promote the Event the Organisers may engage the services of a well known personality and/or celebrity. In an attempt to safeguard the integrity of the event for all concerned, these persons will only be engaged via a signed contract. However, despite the good intentions of the Organiser, if for whatever reason the promotion results in a cancellation or No Show from any such person, the Ticket Holder on purchasing their Ticket, acknowledges that they can make No Claim, monetary or otherwise against the Organiser.

In the event of any such instance the Organiser will endeavour to do their best to engage a suitable replacement to attend the event.

Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced.

Upon purchase, please check Tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Tickets are not issued on a sale or return basis and refunds will not be made on returned Tickets unless provided for under these Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping of your Ticket. It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets. If duplicates are issued, an administration fee of £5 per Ticket may be charged.
